- To explore what we mean by the term resilience and its importance in children and young people’s development
- To learn about the factors that promote resilience as personal characteristics and environmental aspects
- To consider the impact of childhood trauma on children’s resilience
- To establish practical strategies and approaches to help traumatised children and young people develop their own resilience
