I am a UKCP HIPC registered psychotherpist who has developed services in a wide range of eduactional settings. I am a supervisor for qualified and experienced clinicians who work with children and provides reflective practice opportunities for teachers in schools as well as students in training. I am interetsed in the relationship between therapy and education, providing forums where teachers and therpaists can work with the issues that impact schools managing challenging and difficult situations in the classroom.

I studied for my B.A. in Pyschotherapy Studies as a mature student and then found myself working with children age 5 to 16 with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. From here I went on to study as a Psychotherpist in order to understand and support in depth, this particular group of children and yound people.

Since 2011 I have been an educator in training Wellbeing Practicioners both at the former KidsCompany and in recent years The Institute for Arts In Therapy and Education. I am a qualified Supervisor and have been a supervisor for groups of trainee Child Counsellors.

I have a private practice in East London where I offer clinical supervision and psychotherapy to both adults, children and young people. I am also trained in EMDR, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing which is a specialist technique for working with PTSD, post traumatic stress disorder. I have further interests in attachemnt, neuroscience and mindfulness.
